Privacy notice

theJRSP is a small private friend group. The site exists only to coordinate our trip to Zrce and to answer introductions from other groups.

Only what you willingly choose to type into the Introduce Your Crew form and any photos you choose to upload. We also store the consent checkbox and a timestamp.

We don't run analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

To reply to introductions and organise possible meet-ups during our trip. That's it. Submissions are never published publicly.

Photos go into a private storage bucket. Only the site admins can view them. They aren't shown on the public site.

Like counts are anonymous. To limit obvious repeated likes we store a random identifier in your browser (localStorage) plus a hashed value on our side. No account, no email, no IP is stored for likes.

Instagram, Snapchat and Spotify links open in their own apps. Once you leave this site, those platforms' own privacy practices apply.

We propose deleting all submissions and uploaded files within four weeks after the trip ends, or earlier on request.

Ask us to see, correct or delete anything you sent. Email the address above and we'll act on it quickly.
